Coffee, chocolate & creamy Easter cake

Base:

- butter and put flour to the cake casserole

- 3 dl of flour
- 1 dl of cocoa powder
- 2 ts of baking powder
- 100 g of margarin
- 2 dl of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1,5 dl of yogurt
- 1 dl of coffee

Fillings & toppings:

- cherry jam
- pasha
- whipped cream
- black currants
- chocolate egg
- orange juice

1. Mix dry ingredients. Warm up margarin. Mix that, eggs and yogurt with the flour. Add coffee and mix well.

2. Place to the casserole. Bake for 45 minutes in 175 degrees. Let it get cold. Put the casserole upside down.

3. Slice the cake to three parts. Moist the layers with lots of orange juice. This part is important!

4. First layer filling: jam + pasha, second layer: jam + whipped cream. Topping: whipped cream, black currants, decorate with pieces of chocolste egg.

Sleepy weekend

During the week I've been working quite much, what has made it a bit rough is the distance to my workplace, the days get easily 12 hours long. Also hanging out by myself after long time 😃 It feels like there is air to breathe in the flat. Been sleeping, eating well, looking the sea. Made plans to be social. Also i'm planning a traintrip to Croatia, perhaps soonish. Ahh, got so excited to look at the hotels, I want it with a pool. I think i will write about it later. How's your weekend going?
