Plantbased Moroccan vegetable couscous

What lovely & healthy food, total good feelz after eating:

- Prepare couscous according instructions. I used full corn one.

- 1 onion and couple of garlic gloves chopped to oil on a pan. Heat until a bit soft.

- Add spices: salt, pepper, lemon juice, cinnamon, ginger, tumeric.

- Add 3 tbsp's of nuts / seeds

- Prepare vegetable broth with 5 dl of water & half vegetable broth cube. Add it to the sauce.

- I added some box of vegetables from the freezer.

- Boil as long you like, this brings taste!

- Serve on a plate, put couscous, make a small hole in it, add sauce, enjoy!
