Smashed potatoes with onion: - peal 1 kg of potatoes - boil with salt until cooked - squash in a bowl with a fork - add couple of desilitres of vegan milk - add some vegan butter - puree gently with a blender, not too much :) -add a sliced onion in the end Yogurt sauce : I used Turkish Yosa. Add freely spices you like, like salt, pepper, basil, mustard, white vinegar, herbs.. Blackbean steaks: In Finland we have now ready made ones in the shops. So just heat it up!
