Lahtokuopissa

Oijoi mika lahto on ollut. Hirveasti kaikkea saadettavaa, sita riittaa viela matkan paallekin talla kertaa. Joskus aika ei vain riita kaikkeen ja taytyy keksia joustavia ratkaisuja. Minulle tama tarkoittaa esimerkiksi hieman opiskelutehtavien naputtelua Sydneyssa.

Kuitenkin matkaan on paasty. Hassua kuinka yhdella tiskilla oltiin perin hammentyneita vahaisesta lentoaktiivisuudesta. Itse vain tyytyvainen. Mutta nyt taytyy rientaa Lontoon etapille!

Garlicy mushroom pasta without cream (VG)

This recipe is for when you don't have cream in the fridge. - cut 4 cloves of garlic - slice the mushrooms - heat some oil in the pan - add garlic & mushrooms - let water come out from the mushrooms - boil pasta according instructions - crumble some vegetable spice cube to the pan, add some pepper & salt - add couple of tablespoons of flour - mix until you cant see the colour of white flour - add 1,5 cup of water, some balsamico and I even added a little strong alcohol - let it make itself a sauce - serve with pasta, vegan cheese, why not some fresh herbs! 💚
