I've really found I'm such a physical person. Lately I've been a little stiff since there's a break from my going to dance classes.

Today I felt I want to move but more like doing something at home. So just before taking my night book I did this stretching video, man it felt good. Sometimes it's the littlest things. 🐑

Now I feel my body flowing again more. Can't wait to move more. Be my guest and take advantage of this video.

Garlicy mushroom pasta without cream (VG)

This recipe is for when you don't have cream in the fridge. - cut 4 cloves of garlic - slice the mushrooms - heat some oil in the pan - add garlic & mushrooms - let water come out from the mushrooms - boil pasta according instructions - crumble some vegetable spice cube to the pan, add some pepper & salt - add couple of tablespoons of flour - mix until you cant see the colour of white flour - add 1,5 cup of water, some balsamico and I even added a little strong alcohol - let it make itself a sauce - serve with pasta, vegan cheese, why not some fresh herbs! 💚
